By using GifCompressor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit files to the service.

Service

GifCompressor accepts GIF files, applies the selected optimization settings, and returns an animated GIF. Compression results vary by dimensions, colors, frames, and motion. We may change limits, features, availability, or storage behavior as the service evolves.

Your Content

You retain your rights to files you submit. You grant us the limited permission required to transmit, process, store, and deliver those files solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process and share the submitted content.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to process or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, malicious, or privacy-violating content; attack or disrupt the service; evade limits; or access systems or data without authorization.

We may block requests or remove stored results that violate these terms, threaten the service, or create legal or security risk.

Availability and Results

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee a particular compression ratio, uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every GIF will be compatible with every destination platform. Keep your own copy of important files.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, loss of data, or inability to access a stored result.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
